Welcome to the PCB Gulf Front Paradise, Tower 3 #702.

This updated beachfront two bedroom is in Tower 3 on the 7th floor. The beautiful interior is rivaled only by the gorgeous view of the white sand and the Gulf. Soak up the sights from inside or step out onto the private balcony where a peek west offers one of the best sunset views you'll find at the Emerald Coast plus you'll see the pier in the distance.

In the main condo area is comfortable seating, a dining area, and a stylish bar looking into the kitchen. A smart TV provides access to all entertainment via apps/streaming channels.

The full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and both a full pot and single cup coffee pot. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features two queen-sized bed, smart TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A queen murphy bed sleeps two more in the living area, and we have a full bed alcove in the hallway. The maximum occupancy is nine people.

Our covered balcony features seating, and for your convenience: a private washer/dryer and high speed fiber WiFI are available.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Important Policies:

~ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
~ No pets or ESA allowed.
~ No smoking or parties allowed.
~ A signed rental agreement and a $200 damage deposit hold (released upon uneventful checkout) are required prior to arrival.
~ Guest must complete the resort's online registration before arrival: $50 if completed at least one day before arrival which includes one parking pass. Extras are available for a fee. Same day registration is $75.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
